We're excited to announce that KAYULAMA is coming to IFFINA Indonesia Meubel & Design Expo 2023! When are we going to IFFINA 2023? IFFINA Indonesia Meubel & Design Expo will be held from September 14th to 17th, 2023, at Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE) in BSD City, South Tangerang. We'll be exhibiting at Hall 3A, Booth D02. We're bringing various new products from our best-selling indoor and outdoor collections. We're also bringing our latest outdoor collections and our first-ever bathroom collection for you to see! Here are some sneak-peak of the collection we're bringing: Vanity One of our best-selling collections is Vanity. Before, we only had four products in this collection, but we're currently developing nine new products to show at IFFINA, including two new products from the Bathroom Collection. LUNAR Rattan We're bringing back LUNAR Rattan Sideboard and LUNAR Rattan Console Table and adding the new LUNAR Mirror to the list to complete it. See the complete LUNAR Rattan Collection here. Monarch Collection If you're a previous buyer or have visited our booth, you may already see the Monarch Collection. It's been one of our staple exhibition items since 2019. We're bringing the glass cabinet, dining, and console table. We're also bringing the standing lamp from our IFEX 2023 exhibition. We're designing a new bench and chair to add to this collection to complete the look. Dovetail Collection Dovetail Collection is a warm, natural finish with big but simple shapes. If that interests you, then you should check out Dovetail Collection. We want to highlight the wood beams by using simple construction and design. That's why we use the dovetail joint to add details and depth without removing the natural look. Arch Collection Since we had a great response for Arch Collection during our last exhibition, we want to bring back this collection with the newly-designed bench and mirror to complete it! Aimann Collection Aimann Collection has been one of our best-seller since it launched in 2012, and this time we're bringing it back! Latest Outdoor Collections We're bringing our latest and most popular outdoor collections. From Pencil, Arigatou, Suksma, Danke Outdoor Seating Set, to Alpha and other occasional tables. After a busy and fun week at IFEX 2023, we will continue our exhibition at SPOGA 2023! When are we going to be at SPOGA 2023? In addition to our most successful collections at IFEX, we'll also bring a new collection to the mix! Here are some previews of the collections that we'll display: Danke Sofa Set A new addition to our best-selling outdoor collection, Danke. Danke Sofa Set is one of the most popular items at IFEX. Arigatou & Pencil Collection Arigatou focuses on the diagonal leg and top shape. It's clean and simple. While Arigatou is meant to blend with the patio design, Pencil is meant to stand out. Pencil design is fun and unique. With a big rounded leg, it's not your typical outdoor furniture. Nature Made from natural materials like teak root and lava stone, Nature is a collection of occasional table and accessories with natural and organic shapes. Alpha After designing various new modern style outdoor collections, we want to go back and develop the well-loved modern farm-house style collection. After all, Danke was our most profitable outdoor collection. So we created Alpha. It's a modern farm-house style with an A-shaped legs. Alpha is at production at this point, but we'll update it once it's finished! So follow our Instagram to keep updated. After four long years without attending any exhibitions due to the pandemic, we're delighted to announce that we will finally be exhibiting our latest collection at Ambiente 2023 with CBI! We're so excited to meet you and show you our latest collection. When will we be at Ambiente 2023? Ambiente will be held on 3 - 7 February 2023 in Frankfurt. What collection are we going to display at Ambiente 2023? These past two years, we've been working with CBI to develop a sustainable and exciting collection to display at Ambiente. The design process was both challenging and exciting. After many trials and errors and experimenting with multiple designs, materials, and finishes, we finally came up with two versions of the LUNAR Collection: the rattan and stone veneer. The Design We love contemporary design, combining traditional and modern elements to create something unique with familiarity; that is what LUNAR is about. LUNAR was inspired by classic Chinese furniture design. We then simplify and adjust it with our chosen material, reclaimed pine wood. Working with CBI, we wanted to create something different, so we experimented with materials we hadn't used before. We tried a few options but ended up with stone veneer and rattan cane webbing. LUNAR Stone Veneer The stone veneer material was chosen because it has - a better version of the abstract and organic patterns that we love from our initial material, raw burnt steel, without the rust issue. We pair it with a dark-stained reclaimed pine wood body to highlight its textures and patterns. LUNAR Stone Veneer is one of our bolder collections. The monochromatic color scheme makes it looks clean and modern, but the rich textures give it warmth and dimension. LUNAR Rattan Our initial design for LUNAR use muted brown color for the reclaimed wood body to give the collection a warm and vintage charm. However, since we changed the color to dark wood in LUNAR Stone Veneer, the overall vibes became more modern, so we decided to bring back the muted brown color for LUNAR Rattan. Sustainability Aspects Sustainability is our priority while designing and producing our furniture. The same goes while designing the LUNAR Collection. Here are some sustainability efforts that we did in the process of creating LUNAR. Reclaimed and Renewable Materials We use reclaimed pine wood as the primary material to prolong the wood's life. In addition, we use rattan cane webbing, a local and natural material. Both materials are natural and renewable. Non-toxic, Water-based Finishing We use a non-toxic water-based finish for all our collections, including LUNAR stone and rattan. Additionally, all LUNAR Collections are finished by hand. Like always, we will exhibit new outdoor and indoor furniture collections. However, since the pandemic has caused us to stop all exhibitions, we've been spending a lot of time brainstorming and coming up with fresh furniture designs. We explored new shapes and created something unique for our outdoor collections. Even though we love our big, farmhouse-inspired outdoor furniture, we try to branch out to something more contemporary, and honestly, we love them! (and we hope you do too!) For our indoor collection, we refreshed and updated some of our most-loved and best-selling collections. We also explored new materials and finishes for our latest collection, LUNAR. Even though we have various designs and materials, one thing that connects our design is that we use FSC® certified reclaimed teak and pine wood and a natural finish for all our collections.
